    1. Fernie has worked on the application and had questions about budget. She will send it to Kim and Mark to review then submit it.
    2. Letty has agreed to help Fernie since she is feeling overwhelmed.
    3. Mark will find musicians and has confirmation that the purple Martin folks will be there
    4. Cara will reach out to bat people

    1. What procedure should we have to reimburse members who purchase items for the garden?
    2. Kim suggested that members should submit the item(s) and their cost in writing and present it to the leadership team and one of the monthly meetings. All agreed this was acceptable procedure.

    1. People who are non-members of the garden are putting items into our compost piles that will attract rodents, and are putting non-compostable items such as wrappers into the piles and are putting paper plates which are difficult to break down.
    2. Cara said she is researching getting signage possibly from the City or seeking a grant to get permanent metal signage to put at the piles facing outward and some facing inward.
