Changes in by-laws + Membership Agreement (15 min limit)

We needed to update bylaws to update the SFC to APF. We also looked at the membership agreement to bring it in more align what we adopted which is 8hrs of volunteer work or 4 days of community workdays per year as well as compost duties. Our bylaws allow the leadership team to change the bylaws and the member agreement for new members. We took it on ourselves to update the membership agreement for new members. The bylaws were agreed to by the members at the beginning. There is nothing to vote on to do these changes.
